To view the details of the insurance policy, you are required to register the item in the portal. There-after, confirmation slip by Senang will be e-mailed to the customer with the insurance certificate uploaded by Insurance company within 35 working days from date item registered in portal. If you don't receive it, please contact Senang Customer Service Team
Yes, you can cancel your policy within first 14 days. However, to do so, you would need to register the item in the portal. Reason of cancellation would need to given. Upon approval of cancellation, the payment will be transferred within 14 working days from date of approval. At this point of time, the portal does not allow for cancellation and has to be done manually by contacting Senang support team

You can update your personal information on the portal directly and there is no limitation to the changes in personal information. However, the item details that you have registered cannot be changed upon successful registration.
You have register your item via the portal. Upon successful registration, you will receive confirmation slip by Senang via e-mail within 2 working days and insurance certificate by the insurance provider within 35 working days from date of registration in the portal
The GHL Transaction reference No in the receipt is outmost importance to register the policy. If you have misplaced the receipt, you are required to check with the GHL Merchant for the reference No.
Your coverage will still be active. However, do take note, the refund features would not be available to you if you don’t register the item 14 days within 14 days from date of purchase. Furthermore, at point of claim, you will be required to register the item in the portal prior to making a claim.
Your insurance certificate will be uploaded into the portal. There will be no e-mail notification given for the upload of insurance certificate. In event you don't receive the insurance certificate, you are required to e-mail or send us live chat via FB for our admin team to verify.
The confirmation slip by Senang is given upon successful registration of the item in the portal. This document is certified by the insurance company and is valid document for proof of purchase together with GHL Receipt

The portal rounds up the decimal points. For example, If the amount is RM30.465, it will round up as RM30.47; If the amount is RM30.464, it will be RM30.46.
However, if it is already 2 decimal points which is RM30.46 and RM30.43, then it will be maintained as RM30.46& RM 30.43. ·
(C)How do I calculate my item value if I don’t have sales invoice from merchant?
Simple! If your insurance payment that you made was RM6.00 then item value is calculated with this calculation: RM6.00 divided by 6%: RM100 is the item value.
You are firstly required to register your item in the portal. Upon successful registration, you can proceed to register your item in the portal. You can then select the designated supplier in the system to repair the item. Take note that they will communicate with you via various channels in order to ensure items falls within the insurance coverage. For further information, you may watch the video tutorial on how to register a claim.
Claim can only be made once irrespective of the value of the property insured. For example, the item value is RM6,000.00 but the claim amount is RM300.00. Upon successful claim, the insurance is considered void.
Please note that reimbursement of cash is ONLY made in the following scenarios:
1. Customers who have their own repairer's in event the Senang platform is not able to find any particular suppliers.
This reimbursement via cash will be paid within 14 working days from notification of successful claim by the insurance provider with full documentation
Customer is given a choice whether to choose their merchant to repair it or Senang appointed third party provider. In event both choices are not available, then customer can proceed to appoint their own supplier. Do take note this will be a case to case scenario and we will advice accordingly.
